What comes with my order?
You will receive all your purchased items, a slime care guide and a baggie of borax (for making slime activator)
Will the slime irritate my skin?
Not recommended for those with skin sensitivity such as eczema or other skin sensitivities due to the following ingredients that are contained within our product listed below.

What ingredients are in slime?
Primary ingredients include: Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), Borax May also contain: Colorant, Fragrance Oil (may contain peanuts), Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Alumina Silicate, Non-Toxic Craft Materials, Non-Toxic Absorbent Polymers Slime is not recommended for those with eczema (sensitive skin) or who may have allergic reactions to the ingredients listed above. Slime is recommended for ages 8+ and up.
When will my order arrive?
Please be aware that there is an estimated 4-8 full business days processing time prior to shipment to allow us to process all orders and package shipments. The shipping method selected at checkout does NOT account for our processing time. After processing, shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Packages may be subject to delays due to high volume of orders. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays. We recommend ordering 2 weeks in advance to be safe.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship internationally outside of the U.S. to most countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order. Currently, the U.S Postal Service is experiencing delays and disruptions with international packages. Do you accept returns or refunds
All sales are final. Slime is a toy made for use with your hands and as such due to health and sanitary reason we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Zojo Bun Slime is not responsible for unauthorized purchase orders.
I put the wrong address on my order what do i do?
If you put the wrong address on your order please contact us as soon as possible at help@zojobunslime.com As long as it hasn't shipped yet we can help.
